JOB PURPOSE The purpose of the role is to film matches, training sessions and provide required analysis as directed by the Head of Academy Analysis & Academy Head of Coaching. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that club protocols are followed when filming matches and training sessions. To ensure that all relevant information is provided to the relevant Academy coaches as well as uploaded on to Hudl regarding academy performance analysis. We are looking for someone to join our pool of casual workers who coordinate all matchday requirements for Reading FC Academy home games. The successful candidates will help t o coordinate all match day requirements for Reading Academy home & selected away    games for the U21s/18s. Flexibility in attendance will be required however it is anticipated that you will be required to work approx. 5hrs on each Academy matchday worked.
