We’re looking for an Assistant Coach to support the Women's First team at Bristol City Women's. This role is central to supporting the Head Coach in delivering the club’s football philosophy, performance objectives, and the day‑to‑day operation of the team. This is a great opportunity to contribute across training design and delivery, tactical planning, player development, and match preparation. Working as part of an multidisciplinary team, the Assistant Coach will help foster a high‑performance environment that reflects the club’s identity and supports its long‑term ambitions.
