JOB PURPOSE As a First Team Post-Match Performance Analyst at Luton Town, you will play a crucial role within the Analysis department in leading the process of post-match analysis, using video and data to drive the review process after each fixture. Focusing on post-match analysis, this includes the production of a team review meeting, a post-match data report and any analysis that enhances the feedback process to the first team players, enabling the team to maximise performance throughout the season.
