About the Role AFC Fylde are looking to recruit a  Recruitment Data Analyst (Intern)  to support the Club’s player recruitment operations. Working closely with the Director of Football and Head of Recruitment, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the Club’s recruitment model. This position focuses on ensuring that robust data, analytics, and reporting systems underpin evidence-based decision making across player identification and assessment.
