POSITION DESCRIPTION: Fan Experience Team Members play an integral role in providing a superior experience for groups attending Sacramento Republic FC matches at Heart Health Park. Fan Experience Team Members (FEPs) support guests by facilitating exclusive on-field experiences and assisting with wayfinding and problem solving, while maintaining a passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic disposition. Fan Experience Team Members also assist the Event Operations team with the execution of fan-facing events outside of matchday.
