Key Duties
Lead one of our Men’s Senior Teams, competing and training at a high level in competitive league football, with the ambition of achieving promotion into a semi-professional football league.
Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions, matchday preparation, and tactical development to support the team’s promotion objectives.
Create and maintain positive relationships with players, club staff, league officials, sponsors, partners, and venues.
Have a direct impact on the development and progression of the club through high coaching standards, leadership, recruitment ideas, and innovative approaches.
Manage player development, performance standards, discipline, and team culture within a competitive senior football environment.
Ability to work across different settings and venues, including training grounds and matchday locations.
Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends for training sessions and fixtures.
