Key Duties
- Lead one of our Men’s Senior Teams, competing and training at a high level in competitive league football, with the ambition of achieving promotion into a semi-professional football league.
- Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions, matchday preparation, and tactical development to support the team’s promotion objectives.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with players, club staff, league officials, sponsors, partners, and venues.
- Have a direct impact on the development and progression of the club through high coaching standards, leadership, recruitment ideas, and innovative approaches.
- Manage player development, performance standards, discipline, and team culture within a competitive senior football environment.
- Ability to work across different settings and venues, including training grounds and matchday locations.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends for training sessions and fixtures.
- Confidence to communicate effectively with senior players, club management, supporters, and external stakeholders.
- Bring creativity and professionalism to training sessions, match preparation, and the wider role within the club.
Requirements
- FA Level 1 Football Coaching Qualification (essential)
- FA Level 2 Football Coaching Qualification (essential)
- UEFA B Licence (desirable)
- FA DBS Certificate (preferred)
- Experience coaching or managing within competitive men’s football environments.
- Strong passion and enthusiasm for senior grassroots and non-league football.
- The candidate must have the right to live and work in the UK.

Pay: (depending on experience and qualifications)
Our academy will focus entirely on developing young footballers from as young as 3 years. Sessions are tailored around the age and ability of the kids. Through fun, we aim to deliver and achieve basics of the game. In these sessions we also work on agility, balance & coordination.
Our Girls and Boys Teams play in competitive youth leagues and tournaments locally.
Our training sessions are designed to encompass all elements of the FA four corner model – technical, physical, psychological and social attributes of a young football player.
Our Football Camp is fun, engaging and educative. Make new friends and and be healthy - open to ALL children, not only FCM members.
Each day at FCM Camp is different. Reason for this is to expose children to new skills, techniques & provide fun games
"Football for All" is our Ethos. Every child should be able to have access to football, no matter the background. MARYLEBONE School focus is to teach principles of the game as well as on individual football skills in fun training sessions for every child in a friendly and safe environment.
