Staff Coach Supervisor North Durham United is seeking an experienced soccer coach to manage our staƯ coach team in Port Perry, Ontario this summer.
Hours of Work This position is full-time (30 hours per week). The core schedule will be Monday- Thursday with mandatory attendance at our recreational programming at Scugog Soccer Fields. Additional mandatory attendance is required at our Recreational Festivals (June 6thUxbridge/ Aug 15- Port Perry).
Roles & Responsibilities Program Design- to design age appropriate ball mastery sessions for all age groups from U4- U12. Program Implementation- to train staƯ coaches in the key factors of each session and to ensure the volunteer recreational coaches are also integrated into the training StaƯ Coach Training- to deliver training sessions as necessary to staƯ coaches on their roles & responsibilities.
