Join our dynamic team as a Football Coach dedicated to inspiring and developing young athletes aged 5 to 8 years old! In this role, you will create a fun, engaging, and safe environment where children can learn the fundamentals of football, develop teamwork skills, and build confidence. Duties
- Lead age-appropriate football drills and activities designed to teach basic skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork
- Create a positive and energetic atmosphere that encourages participation, sportsmanship, and enjoyment
- Plan and organize engaging practice sessions tailored to the developmental levels of 5-8-year-olds
- Monitor children’s safety during activities, ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to safety guidelines
- Provide constructive feedback to help children improve their skills and boost their confidence
- Foster teamwork, respect, and good sportsmanship among all participants
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and participation
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching young children is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of football fundamentals and youth sports development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage young learners
- Ability to create fun, inclusive, and safe learning environments for children aged 5 to 8 years old
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring children through sports activities
- Reliable, energetic, and committed to fostering positive experiences in youth sports programs
