Youth Coaches ALL Teams

This is an advert to ALL our youth teams.

We are looking for individuals to lead and develop Enfield Rangers FC Youth , providing a competitive and developmental environment that bridges youth progression and creating a path for our youth players towards all our teams pathways, including Reserves and First team.

Club has its own training/playing facilities, club house and a Veo camera is available to record and analyse matches.

CPD is provided by Uefa Licensed coaches in a monthly basis.

Duties

• Plan and deliver a weekly training session focused on individual and team development
• Prepare the team for weekly competitive fixtures.
• Provide feedback and analysis to support player improvement
• Collaborate with the club Head coach and club´s coaching team to align player progression pathways

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience with youth teams
• FA Level 1 (minimum) or equivalent coaching qualification
• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
• Committed to the club’s values of player development and community engagement

Job Types: Part-time, Volunteer

Pay: £10.00-£20.00 per hour
