Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Take customer orders accurately, providing friendly and efficient service to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Manage cash register operations, handle payments accurately, and give correct change using basic math skills
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times
• Restock bar supplies regularly to keep the bar well-equipped for busy periods
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage handling
• Experience in bartending or serving is advantageous for delivering top-tier customer service
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy times
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing inventory
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in bar service

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 15.0 per week
