Duties

• Plan and execute comprehensive training programs tailored to different skill levels and age groups
• Lead team practices, drills, and tactical sessions to improve individual skills and team coordination
• Motivate players to achieve their personal best through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback
• Organize and oversee competitive games, ensuring fair play and adherence to safety standards
• Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline among players to build a cohesive team environment
• Monitor player progress, maintain detailed records of performance, and communicate development plans
• Collaborate with parents, school staff, or community organizations to support player growth and participation

Requirements

• Proven sports coaching experience with a focus on football or similar team sports
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse age groups
• Knowledge of football rules, strategies, and safety protocols
• Ability to motivate and inspire athletes while maintaining a positive attitude
• Excellent organizational skills for planning practices, tracking progress, and coordinating events
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that promotes respect and teamwork

Pay: £12.71-£31.90 per hour

Experience:

• Football coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• DBS (required)
