Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging training programs that improve technical skills, teamwork, and tactical understanding of football
• Lead team practices, ensuring sessions are productive, safe, and fun for all participants
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes respect, discipline, and sportsmanship among players
• Mentor assistant coaches and volunteers to support team development and operational excellence
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff to ensure clarity on team goals, schedules, and expectations
• Monitor player progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement

Experience

• Proven sports coaching experience with a focus on football or similar team sports
• Demonstrated ability to teach technical skills and tactical concepts to diverse age groups
• Strong leadership skills with the capacity to motivate athletes and build cohesive teams
• Familiarity with safety protocols, injury prevention, and first aid procedures in sports settings
• Experience working with youth or amateur athletes is highly desirable
