EURO 2028 Stadium Project Manager

Job Description

The EURO 2028 Stadium Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of the Scottish FA’s stadium obligations for UEFA EURO 2028. Working closely with the Head of Stadium and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, the post-holder will drive progress across multiple workstreams, ensuring activity, actions, decisions and deadlines remain on track. The role will provide proactive project management support, maintain effective governance and reporting arrangements, support technical project infrastructure, update relevant UEFA systems and help ensure all stadium-related projects are planned and delivered in line with UEFA requirements, organisational objectives and tournament deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and implementation of assigned UEFA EURO 2028 stadium projects and workstreams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestone trackers, action logs and risk registers.
• Establish effective project governance, reporting routines and controls to support successful delivery.
• Work across internal departments, external partners and stadium stakeholder groups to coordinate activity, progress actions and ensure decisions, dependencies and deadlines are followed through.
• Act as a key point of day-to-day coordination for the Head of Stadium, helping to keep priorities, actions, people and project information aligned and on-track.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure programme objectives are achieved.
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans where required.
• Monitor project budgets and support procurement, contract management and financial reporting processes.
