Ipswich Town Football Club are looking for a professional and reliable Security Officer to join our team at the Playford Road Training Ground.
Each position plays a vital part in maintaining a safe and secure environment, protecting club property, staff, players, and visitors. Responsibilities include monitoring premises, preventing security breaches, and responding swiftly to incidents. Security Officers will also ensure compliance with all safety procedures and club policies across both matchdays and non-matchdays, while representing the club with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.
The Club History:
Ipswich Town Football Club is a professional association football club, currently playing in League One, with aspirations of climbing back to the premiership.
The club was founded in 1878 and turned professional in 1936; it was subsequently elected to join the Football League in 1938. Ipswich won the English league title in 1961–62, their first season in the top flight, and finished runners-up in 1980–81 and 1981–82. They finished in the top six in the English First Division for ten years, apart from when they won the FA Cup in 1977–78.
