You will be responsible for the delivery of mechanical and HVAC maintenance services and processes that support the operation of all sites, setting and ensuring the highest standards of safety and maintenance for MCFC’s employees and customers.
The Role
You will deliver high-quality maintenance services at all MCFC sites to the highest standard, in line with MCFC policies, legislation, environmental requirements, certifying authorities’ requirements and best practice. You will ensure all Health and Safety requirements for each task are in line with Health and Safety legislation, best practice and MCFC Health and Safety policy.
You will manage allocated maintenance tasks from start to completion, including scoping the task, pricing and ordering materials, liaising with the customer, and undertaking the work personally or coordinating and supervising others to ensure timely completion.
You will monitor the results of the facilities maintenance service and suggest and deliver improvements. Working with the Maintenance Managers, you will support Planned Preventive Maintenance and lifecycle schedules for all buildings, ensuring tasks are undertaken and inspected and that schedules are reviewed and improved.
