Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Kids Party Football Coach to lead fun, engaging, and safe football activities for children during birthday parties and special events. In this role, you will inspire young players to develop their football skills while ensuring a positive, inclusive, and memorable experience. Your passion for sports coaching and teaching will help foster confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game in every child you work with.
Duties
- Lead and facilitate football games, drills, and activities tailored to children’s age groups during parties and events
- Create a fun, energetic atmosphere that encourages participation, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure environment for children at all times
- Communicate clearly with children, parents, and event organisers to ensure smooth operations
- Provide coaching tips and encouragement to help kids improve their basic football skills
- Set up equipment, organise game areas, and clean up after each event session
- Assist in planning age-appropriate activities that promote physical activity and enjoyment
Requirements
- Proven sports coaching experience, preferably with children or youth groups
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and engage young participants
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Ability to lead energetic activities in outdoor settings safely and confidently
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours during weekends or evenings as needed
- Passion for sports, fitness, and working with children to foster a positive sporting environment
- Minimum FA Level 2 Coaching Qualification
- Valid DBS check
- First Aid qualified
- Experience coaching children

Head Coach Fives Football Academy (Leeds)
Location: Fives Leeds, Limewood Approach Ring Road, Leeds, LS14 1NH
Hours: Part Time including evenings & weekends, with ability to add further income delivering your own one to one’s & small group sessions.

Fives Football Academies provide a pathway for players of all abilities to access a professional level of coaching. Therefore we are seeking a head coach with an exciting proposition to help us grow and run the Fives Leeds Football Academy within the Fives Academy Framework. Working with our Director of Coaching to establish multiple weekly group sessions that aim to contribute to a progressive learning environment and positively impacts on the players development. There will be opportunities to deliver individual one to one & small group sessions, holiday camps and kids parties held at the soccer centre.
The Role Duties:
- Create & manage your own coaching department to grow group sessions
- Conduct daily coaching sessions for boys & girls between the ages of 4-16
- Working within the Fives Academy Framework to plan, prepare and evaluate coaching sessions.
- Opportunities to earn extra income leading one to one, small group sessions, kids parties & holiday camps
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.

Experience:
· Essential - Minimum UEFA B Qualified or working towards.
