The Role

Role - key responsibilities

  • Assist with washing, drying and folding first team training and match kit.
  • Sort and organise kit items following training sessions and matches.
  • Help maintain a clean, tidy and organised kit room.
  • Monitor kit stock and highlight any issues to the Kit Room Lead.
  • Support the preparation of kit and clothing for upcoming training sessions where required.
  • Ensure equipment and work areas are left clean and safe after use.
  • Follow Club procedures relating to health and safety and safeguarding.

  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Organised and able to work independently.
  • Able to maintain high standards and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable carrying out practical tasks and light manual handling.
  • Passionate about football and willing to contribute behind the scenes.
  • Friendly, positive and able to work as part of a team.

No previous kit room experience is required, although an interest in sport or football operations would be beneficial.​
