Kick-a-about Cirencester and Stroud are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable FA Level 1 qualified football coach to support the delivery of football sessions for boys and girls aged 3–12 years old.

This is an excellent opportunity for a coach who is keen to gain further experience, develop coaching skills, and progress towards additional FA qualifications within a supportive and growing football coaching business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and deliver football coaching sessions for children aged 3–12
  • Support engaging, fun and development-focused activities
  • Help maintain a positive and safe learning environment
  • Cover coaching sessions when other staff are unavailable
  • Encourage participation, confidence and enjoyment in sport

Requirements

  • Minimum FA Level 1 Football Coaching qualification (essential)
  • Enthusiastic, reliable and punctual
  • Passion for working with children and football development
  • Willingness to learn and progress coaching qualifications
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Working Hours

  • Tuesdays in Stroud: 3:15pm – 7:00pm (regular session available)
  • Additional ad-hoc cover work available
  • Potential for regular hours across Stroud, Cirencester and surrounding towns as the business grows

Job Type

Part-time, flexible hours (not guaranteed weekly initially)
