Liaison between clubs, match officials, and venues for south London football club.
Wanderers FC are seeking a volunteer to help coordinate our fixtures throughout the season (September - May).
This role entails; - Being the main point of contact for match details for the club - AWAY GAMES; Proactively seeking information from the opposition team(s), Sharing the kick-off time and venue location with Wanderers players & coaches. - HOME GAMES; Liaising with our home venue in Dulwich to reserve a pitch, Contacting the league appointed match official(s), Contacting the opposition team(s), Sharing information with stakeholders.
This role can be performed remotely but candidates closer to the club's home venue are preferred (Dulwich, Lambeth, South London)

The time required per week is around an hour combined, made up of emails or phone calls. In addition, the role is required to participate in Club Committee meetings, which take place 4-5 times per year and are roughly 1-2 hours per meeting.

The club were founded in 1859, folded in 1887, and reformed for charity in 2009. Since then, a peak of 4 competitive men's teams and 1 women's team were operating in one season - currently, 2 men's teams - and we have over 125 members, have toured several countries in Europe, have a broad social media reach, have a healthy financial picture, and have won several County FA awards for our administration.
