Job Description
The successful candidate will serve as Head Coach of the Combine Academy’s Royal Team, which competes in the UPSL Premier League and a College Development League. They will also assist the Director of Soccer Coaching with all aspects of the program.
- Recruitment of student-athletes
- Assist in developing and implementing training sessions for elite High School and prep school student-athletes.
- Develop game day rosters and line-ups.
- Develop a tactical plan for each match based on our playing philosophy.
- Assist the Director in overseeing staff responsibilities.
- Assist with College placement.
- Ensure game day operations are done correctly.
- Assist with the program's day-to-day operations.

At least 5 years of Coaching experience; college and/or professional playing experience. A 4-year college degree is required.
