Soccer Assistant Coach & Team Host
The Academy of Central Florida – Orlando, FL
The Academy of Central Florida is seeking a motivated and responsible Soccer Assistant Coach & Team Host to assist with our competitive soccer program while helping supervise and manage our student-athletes outside of training.
Responsibilities Assist with team training sessions, competitions, and player development. Transport student-athletes to and from training, school, competitions, and team activities. Serve as a Team Host, helping supervise athletes and maintain a structured, disciplined, and positive environment at the team house. Maintain team rules, schedules, curfews, cleanliness standards, and player accountability. Communicate effectively with coaching staff, athletes, families, and administration. Assist with recruiting and the continued development of the soccer program.
Requirements
- Soccer coaching experience.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and control a group of student-athletes.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Must successfully complete background checks.
- Reliable, organized, responsible, and comfortable working with international and domestic student-athletes.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes practices, games, travel, and occasional weekends.

- Individual, small-group, and specialized training opportunities for local athletes.
- Opportunities to help grow additional soccer programs and events within the organization.
