Duties

• Lead and organize fun football skill-building activities tailored to various age groups
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and enjoyment
• Ensure the safety of all participants by supervising activities and maintaining a secure environment
• Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to help children understand game rules and techniques
• Support the planning and execution of daily camp schedules, including warm-ups, matches, and awards
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to promote engagement and address any concerns
• Assist with setting up equipment, maintaining cleanliness of the activity area, and managing supplies

Qualifications

• Previous sports coaching experience or active involvement in football or other team sports
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate instructions clearly to children of different ages
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated to inspire young learners through sport
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to dynamic camp schedules
• Commitment to promoting safety, inclusivity, and fun for all participants
• DBS Required
• Fa level 1 (Minimum)
• first aid and safeguarding certificate
