The Company

Our goal is massive... we are aiming to become the 'World's Leading Children's Football Coaching Organisation'. The Football Fun Factory was founded in 2017 and has now grown into a nationwide football provider and is spreading across the UK and beyond.

The Football Fun Factory was created to provide truly unique experiences for boys and girls of all ages and abilities.

The Role

The role advertised is to lead or support the running of our weekly training programmes for children from 18 months to 12 years old. Our operation covers sessions running in Newmarket, Burwell, Soham, Red Lodge, Mildenhall and Brandon and have positions open for the right individuals to join the organisation.

The Person

You will be a superstar football coach with an ability to engage and inspire children. You will need to be an excellent communicator and fantastic and building and developing relationships with both parents and children.

You will need a football coaching qualification, first and certification and a valid DBS check. The FFF is open to supporting passionate and committed individuals to achieving relevant qualifications if needed.

You may be responsible for the transport of equipment for sessions delivered, to and from a venue each week.

Hours & Location

Our hope is that the successful candidates will want to take on as many coaching hours as possible and grow their schedule over time.

We have evening, weekday, weekend and school holiday hours available.

The rate of pay will be agreed prior to the delivery of sessions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
