At Soccer Stars Academy, we don’t just coach football…We create fun, engaging and developmental experiences for children aged 4 months to 9 years, helping them grow in confidence, coordination and social skills through play.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic and caring individuals to join our team — starting with our youngest classes and developing across our full programme.
About the Role
This is a dynamic coaching role that will involve delivering sessions across multiple age groups, including:
- Twinkle Stars (18 months – 3 years)Parent & child classes focused on storytelling, imagination and early development
- Bright Stars (3–4 years)Fun, themed sessions building confidence and basic football skills
- Shooting & Super Stars (5–9 years)More structured sessions developing football technique, game play and teamwork
You’ll begin by delivering (or supporting) our younger age groups, with opportunities to progress into coaching across the full pathway.
Your Role
- Deliver fun, engaging and structured football classes across different age groups
- Adapt your coaching style to suit each stage of child development
- Bring sessions to life through energy, storytelling and creativity (especially in early years)
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Set up, tidy and manage equipment
- Complete basic admin such as registers

- Enjoys working with toddlers AND older children
- Is confident switching between play-based learning and structured coaching
- Wants to develop as a well-rounded coach across all age groups

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £15.00 per hour
