Responsibilities

• Lead and organize football games, drills, and activities tailored to different age groups and skill levels
• Create a positive, energetic atmosphere that encourages participation, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Teach fundamental football techniques such as passing, dribbling, shooting, and defensive skills in an engaging manner
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities to prevent injuries and promote a secure environment
• Communicate clearly with participants, parents, and team members to ensure smooth event flow and address any concerns
• Assist in setting up equipment, organizing game stations, and maintaining a clean activity area
• Provide feedback and encouragement to help participants improve their skills while having fun

Requirements

• Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching youth sports programs
• Passion for football and working with children or teenagers in active settings
• Strong communication skills to motivate and instruct diverse groups of participants
• Ability to lead energetic sessions while maintaining safety standards at all times
• Flexibility to work during weekends or evenings as needed for events
• Enthusiastic attitude with a positive approach that inspires confidence and enjoyment among participants
