Berks & Bucks FA is embarking on an exciting new chapter as we take our first steps into running and managing community facilities, with Cantley Park in Wokingham at the centre of our plans. We are developing Cantley Park into a vibrant hub for grassroots football, sport, and the local community, and we want you to be part of it.
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Leisure Assistants to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the site.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a varied role where no two days are the same, helping to create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for everyone who visits.

Berks & Bucks FA is the local governing body for football covering Berkshire & Buckinghamshire. These are exciting times for the County FA as we are at the beginning of our new four-year strategy and are settling into a new interim County FA office. The continued growth of grassroots football continues to provide opportunities and challenges, and the successful candidates will be instrumental in helping the County FA to achieve our ambitions over the upcoming period.
