Location: Pinole, CA & Benicia, CA
Pay: $20–$50 per hour (based on experience and role)
Schedule: Weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings (8–10 hours/week)

Just4Kicks Soccer School has been introducing children to the beautiful game since 2003. For over 23 years, we have helped thousands of young players develop confidence, coordination, creativity, and a lifelong love of soccer.

Led by an AFA/ATFA professionally licensed coach through the Argentine Football Association (ATFA/AFA), our curriculum focuses on small-sided games and player development rather than win-at-all-costs coaching.
About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dependable coach to lead soccer sessions for children ages 2.5-12 in our growing Pinole and Benicia programs.
This position is ideal for:
- Former or current soccer players
- College students or recent graduates
- Physical Education or Kinesiology majors
- Future teachers or coaches
- Individuals who enjoy working with children and making a positive impact
Previous coaching experience is helpful but not required. We provide training in our player development methodology.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging soccer sessions for players ages 4–12
- Create a fun, positive, and energetic learning environment
- Teach fundamental movement, coordination, and soccer skills
- Encourage teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship
- Set up and break down equipment
- Communicate professionally with parents and staff
- Represent Just4Kicks with enthusiasm and professionalism
Qualifications
- Experience playing soccer (competitive experience preferred)
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working with young children
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors
- Weekend availability
- Pass a background check

Just4kicks football & multi sports coaching sessions are designed to be fun, educational and enjoyable with maximum participation for both boys and girls with all abilities catered for.
We aim to deliver a fun and high energy classes to develop and encourage the development of hand-eye co-ordination & children’s love of sport through a variety of activities and games, including ball skills, cricket, tennis & rounder's etc.
Our delivery of football and multi sports coaching sessions are in primary schools in the Kingston & New Malden area.
