As the National Safeguarding Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting safeguarding
compliance for County FAs across England. Your work will focus on assisting Designated Safeguarding
Officers to ensure that grassroots football meets all necessary safeguarding standards and requirements.
This role involves close collaboration with a network of football associations to support adherence to
The FA’s Safeguarding 365 Standards and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for administrative support, helping monitor and report on
safeguarding compliance and managing insights that help drive continuous improvement. From
coordinating action plans to supporting safeguarding visits, you’ll work closely with a variety of
stakeholders to maintain the highest level of service. You will be instrumental in helping us build a culture
of safeguarding excellence, where football can be enjoyed safely by all.
