Your Role
- Delivering Soccer HQ coaching sessions using our session plans.
- Coaching with outstanding Energy, Passion & Detail every session.
- Welcoming players and parents professionally.
- Creating an exceptional first impression for new families.
- Maintaining the highest coaching standards.
- Setting up and packing away equipment.
- Ensuring every session starts and finishes professionally.
- Representing the Soccer HQ brand to the highest standard.
- Providing feedback to the Soccer HQ leadership team.
As the centre grows, you will also become responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring assistant coaches.
- Maintaining coaching standards across the centre.
- Helping recruit and develop future Soccer HQ coaches.
- Playing a key role in the continued growth of Soccer HQ in the South East.

- Can confidently lead coaching sessions without supervision.
- Has significant experience delivering high-quality football coaching.
- Has excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
- Takes pride in high standards and professionalism.
- Is organised, reliable and proactive.
- Wants to build a long-term career within an ambitious football organisation.
- Can inspire players through enthusiasm, personality and leadership.
Essential Requirements
- UEFA C Licence minimum (UEFA B preferred).
- Enhanced DBS Certificate.
- Full driving licence and access to transport.
- Available weekday evenings, Saturdays and school holidays.
Highly Desirable Experience
- Professional Academy football (Category 1, 2 or 3).
- Foundation Phase or Youth Development Phase.
- Professional football clubs.
- Independent football coaching companies.
- Managing or mentoring coaches.
- Running football programmes or centres independently.
Please note: This role is designed for experienced coaches capable of leading a centre independently. Applicants whose experience is limited to grassroots team coaching may not meet the requirements for this position.

Pay: £12.21-£50.00 per hour
