Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic First Team Coach to lead and develop our senior football team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning training sessions and fostering a positive team environment.

You will be working directly alongside our First Team Manager, who is UEFA B Licensed with experience in Category 3 academies. This is a genuine coaching development pathway.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training tailored to the team's needs and objectives.
  • Analyse team performance and develop strategies to enhance individual and collective skills.
  • Lead team sessions, providing clear instruction and constructive feedback to players.
  • Motivate players to foster a strong team spirit and maintain high levels of discipline and commitment.
  • Organise match preparations, including tactical planning and logistical arrangements.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly within football or similar team sports.
  • Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Excellent organisational skills to plan training sessions and manage team logistics effectively.
  • Ability to motivate athletes, fostering a positive environment focused on growth and achievement.

Please note: This job is a volunteer role.

Pay: £1.00-£15.00 per hour
