The successful candidate will play a key role in coaching sessions, match preparation, player recruitment, and helping to build a competitive squad capable of performing at this level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a developing coach looking to step into the men’s game and gain genuine hands-on experience at Step 8 level. You will be working directly alongside our First Team Manager , who is UEFA B Licensed with experience in Category 2 & Category 3 academies . This is a genuine coaching development pathway, with support, learning opportunities, and gradual progression of responsibilities for the right person.
