Meet with the Player Development Committee (PDC and/or Technical Development Director (TDD) concerning policies, procedures, supplies and equipment, training needs, and problems.
Keeps the Technical Development Director (TDD) informed of the group’s activities, problems, and needs, and where appropriate, the progress of individual players through reports
Directs and supervises activities and personnel assisting with the National program. Inclusive of but not limited to Sports Science, Sports Psychology, Training programs, match schedule, etc.
Work with coaches in the selection of players being introduced into the National Team Program.
Submits a final list of players and replacements and/or personnel to the Association at least twenty-one days before they are included in any National Team commitment at home or abroad.
Makes recommendations directly to the Technical Development Director (TDD) when looking at improving the team setup.
Maintains contact with clubs and other related organizations.
Always wear National Team gear while working or representing the Bermuda National Team unless the dress code required is not provided by the Association.
Submit all disciplinary reports or players’ misconduct in writing to the Association via the Technical Development Director (TDD) within two days of the action.
Where appropriate, ensure that National Team members attend official functions of the Association when so required, especially when the Association is hosting overseas teams
Job Specifications
UEFA A License or the equivalent from a recognized football jurisdiction. Pro License is preferred
Must have a proven record of coaching at the senior men’s international level.
The ability to work effectively within a team environment
The ability to work on one’s own initiative with minimum supervision

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Superior interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership skills and a high standard of honesty and integrity
Competence in Microsoft suite of products.

The statutory purposes of Bermuda Football Association [BFA], established in accordance with provisions of the Bermuda Football Association Act 1970, are to: -Encourage the game of football in Bermuda
-Promote the game of football and take all necessary steps to prevent infringement of the Rules and Laws of the game of football or other improper practices
-Make Rules, Regulations and Bye-Laws for the proper regulation of the game of football
-Make Rules for eligibility for membership in the BFA
-Hold membership in FIFA, CONCACAF and CFU and abide by their Rules and Regulations
-Lend or invest and borrow money as determined by the BFA Executive Council
-Make representation to the Bermuda Government where appropriate
