Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Qualified football coach to join our team in <LOCATION>. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing young players' skills and promoting teamwork, aligning with our mission to nurture future football enthusiasts.
Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging football training sessions tailored to various age groups.
• Assess players' skills and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline among young athletes.
• Organize and oversee match day activities, ensuring safety and fair play.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and other coaches to support player development.
• Maintain a positive and motivating environment that encourages participation.
• Keep accurate records of training progress and player achievements.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football.
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate young players.
• Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Passion for youth development through sport.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in youth sports.
• Flexibility to adapt coaching methods to different age groups.
