AFC Whyteleafe Football Club is looking for an enthusiastic, FA-qualified Lead Football Coach to deliver high-quality team training.

The role at a glance

  • Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday — 5:30pm to 6:30pm
  • Start date: As soon as possible

What you'll be doing

  • Planning and leading engaging team training sessions
  • Developing players' technical skills, confidence and love of the game
  • Creating a safe, inclusive and positive environment on and off the pitch
  • Communicating clearly with parents, players and the wider club

What we're looking for (must-haves)

  • FA Level 1 (Introduction to Coaching Football) as a minimum — higher qualifications very welcome
  • valid, in-date Enhanced DBS check (must already be held)
  • Up-to-date FA Safeguarding Children and Emergency First Aid certificates
  • Previous experience coaching children or youth football

Nice-to-haves

  • FA Level 2 or higher
  • Experience leading mixed-age sessions

Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
