Job Description

Graphic Designer | Atlético London

Our Mindset

Atlético London is the future generation of women's and girls' sport.

We are building the club as if football started today:

  • No inherited limits or outdated narratives.
  • No assumptions about how women's sport should look.

A lot of football design follows the same visual language: the same style of templates, the same way of doing things. We want to challenge that and find if there are better ways to do things.

Women's football should not feel like a variation of men's football. It should stand confidently in its own space, like women's tennis or Olympic sport, where athletes are presented with professionalism and purpose.

The Challenge

Too many girls leave sport during adolescence, not because they aren't talented enough, but because they feel they don't belong. The way football is presented online shapes whether girls see themselves staying. This role exists to curate that environment whilst highlighting and solving systemic inadequacies in women's sport.

Role Overview

As Graphic Designer, you will help shape the visual identity of the club across digital platforms, campaigns and matchdays.

You will contribute to the creation and development of:

  • Matchday graphics
  • Squad announcements
  • Player features
  • Tactical and performance content
  • Campaign assets
  • Social templates and visual systems

The role focuses on maintaining high creative standards whilst helping evolve how women's football is visually presented.
