Company Overview

SYS FC are looking for passionate football coaches to join our team for the 2026/27 season.

We are looking for reliable, energetic coaches with good personality and experience working with young players to lead one of our squad teams next season.

Please note that applicants must be available for both Saturday morning training sessions and Sunday matches each week.

The role mainly includes:

• Leading Saturday training sessions
• Managing and coaching your team during Sunday matches
• Leading and managing your own team across the season
• Communicating well with players and parents
• Creating a positive and enjoyable environment while still helping players develop

We are not just looking for someone with badges. We want coaches who can connect with children, bring energy to sessions and represent the club in the right way.

Coaching experience is preferred. FA/UEFA qualifications are a bonus but not essential for the right person.

About SYS:
SYS is a growing football club and coaching company based in West London with teams from U7-U16. We focus heavily on player development, high standards, professionalism and creating a great environment for both players and coaches.

This is a paid role with opportunities for additional coaching hours during the week, including midweek training sessions, school coaching, holiday camps and 1 to 1 sessions for the right candidate.
