The Role
We are recruiting committed and ambitious Youth Football Coaches to work across age groups from U9 to U16

You will deliver two training sessions per week plus matchdays. You will work within a structured coaching programme designed to develop players across technical, tactical, physical and social areas, providing players opportunities to develop as young men, as well as play in academy football

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions (Tuesday/Wednesday and Friday)
  • Manage and coach your team on matchdays (Sundays)
  • Develop players in line with the club curriculum and values of Courage, Standards and Ambition (The City Select Way)
  • Create a positive, professional learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents and staff

  • Minimum FA Level 1 (or willingness to complete, funded by the club)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
