Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular training sessions focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Educate players on the rules of soccer, game strategies, and techniques to improve their performance.
• Organize and lead practice drills that enhance individual skills as well as team dynamics.
• Provide constructive feedback to players to help them grow and improve in their abilities.
• Plan and oversee competitive matches, ensuring all players understand their roles during games.
• Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes respect, discipline, and hard work.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding player progress and team activities.
• Maintain a safe training environment by adhering to safety protocols during practices and games.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience playing or coaching soccer is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals, rules, and strategies.
• Ability to educate players effectively while promoting a fun atmosphere.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with players of various ages and backgrounds.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all participants.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to pass any required background checks as mandated by the organization.
