Brackley Town FC Player Development Centre Coach
Title Brackley Town FC PDC Coach
Location Brackley Town FC with travel to home and away matches
Responsible to Player Development Centre Manager
Purpose of post To deliver practical football sessions in line with our club syllabus
Responsible for:
- The welfare of players within their designated age group
- Providing high quality coaching and support
- Delivering a training and games programme
Key Skills and Experience required:
Level 2 Certificate in Coaching football (Level 1 will be considered for the right candidate)
- recognised First Aid Qualification
- Knowledge and Understanding of Child Protection issues and hold current FA Safeguarding Children certificate
- An accepted FA Disclosure and barring Service Disclosure (FA CRB)
- An understanding of current FA Advanced Coaching Centre Structures
- Knowledge and understanding of child development
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Own transport essential
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs for football players
- Teach and demonstrate proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the game
- Plan and organize practice sessions to improve players' skills and performance
- Evaluate players' abilities and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Develop game plans and strategies for upcoming matches
- Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Ensure the safety of players during practices and games
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate team activities
Experience:
- Previous experience as a football coach or player is preferred
- Strong knowledge of the game of football, including rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively educate and motivate players of all skill levels
- Organizational skills to plan practices, schedule games, and manage team logistics

Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
