Duties as an Lead Foundation Coach
- Plan and deliver Football sessions to children as part of our toddler programme
- Deliver the KO Sports Academy 2026/2027 plans for growth
- Develop and implement training programs to improve children's skills and performance
- Provide guidance and support to children, helping them set goals and track progress
- Teach children the rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport
- Motivate and inspire children to reach their full potential
- Ensure the safety of children during training sessions
- Collaborate with other coaches, trainers, and staff members to create a positive team environment
- Saturday & Sunday 08:30 - 11:15 Plus up to 1.5 admin hours per week
- Must have own car or van and licence to drive due to nature of the role, we are not able to accept coaches without this.

What are we looking for?
- Experience working with Toddlers/school children
- Experience working or volunteering as a Football Coach or experience working in schools or communities as a sports or activity leader
- Strong organisational skills with a professional and enthusiastic outlook.
- Be a great team player and happy to share knowledge and best practice.
- This role can be on an employed or self employed basis.

Pay: £15.00-£22.50 per hour
