As the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach, this individual is responsible for assisting the head coach in all aspects of the Women's Soccer program. This individual will exhibit professional behavior that enhances the respect for student athletes, the athletic department, and the University. This individual is required to assist in the direction and control of the soccer program in alignment with MIAA and NCAA, and University policies and procedures. Violation of NCAA, conference or university rules as an athletic department personnel member may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. This position will also work with the University Athletic Department on assisting in planning, developing and implementing the vision and goals of this department. This position will need to prepare daily deposit transmittals from payments received following all audit controls and processes within the Athletic Department. This individual may be an alternate person to process and reconcile procurement card transactions The individual will use Quick Books to serve as a liaison to the Loper Athletic Club's accountant, process invoicing and managing accounts receivable, keeping timely and accurate records. Handle camp fund receipts and prepare required audit documentation and other duties as assigned in the main athletic office. Other accounting duties such as weekly ticket reconciliation, monthly audit of SAP Deposits, and assist with NCAA coding are also duties of this position. This position will also provide support in the main athletic office preparing daily deposit transmittals from payments received following all audit controls and processes within the Athletic Department. The Assistant Soccer Coach will report to the Head Soccer Coach and the Business Analyst.
