About The Role
Wycombe Wanderers FC are looking for a highly motivated & detail-orientated Recruitment Analysis Intern to support the work of the Recruitment Department and Scouting Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and reporting on potential player signings through video analysis and supporting the overall provision of the recruitment analysis department including creation of player best practice videos and dossiers on target players to a high standard in line with department processes and team playing principles.
- Direct exposure to first-team recruitment operations within a professional EFL club.
- Practical, real-world experience during live transfer windows & opportunity to contribute to genuine recruitment decisions
- Mentorship from experienced recruitment and performance analysis staff.
- Access to professional scouting and analytics platforms & Development of a professional portfolio of player reports and analytical projects.
- Living expense of £500 per month, free meals on site & free kit provided.
About The Candidate
The successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements:
- Strong tactical understanding of football
- Experience using analysis software, preferably Hudl Sportscode/Studio
- Proficient using Apple & Microsoft Software
- Access to an Apple MacBook (Desired)
- Adaptable to different situations in a fast-paced environment & proactive nature to tasks in busy and quiet periods of the season.
- Demonstrates strong self-awareness in a collaborative team environment, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Understanding an Undergraduate/Postgraduate level degree in Performance Analysis that permits a placement year during the 2026/27 season.
