Ipswich Town Football Club are seeking a Sous Chef to join our growing team. The Sous chef will support the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef in delivering high quality food across all stadium operations.
You will be able to lead service under pressure, supervise the kitchen team, and ensure all dishes are delivered with consistently high standards during matchdays, conferences and events. You will communicate effectively with the front of house team, be able to resolve issues during service, contribute to menu development, uphold strict hygiene standards, and help train and mentor new staff.
