What is the role?
To offer our fans the highest level of customer service whilst ensuring that the store is maintained to the highest standards of merchandising, presentation and product availability.
What will you be doing?
You will greet, serve and assist customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner while remaining on hand to offer advice and answer questions about products, prices, stock availability and any special promotions that may be running.
Ensuring you are fully briefed on all product availability and new stock coming in, you will be confident in maintaining and replenishing the shop floor and ensuring the environment is clean, tidy and well presented at all times.

We are looking for candidates who have excellent customer service skills and are proactive, enthusiastic team players. You will be well presented and will have the flexibility to attend work when needed.
Essential Experience:
Experience of working within a customer focused environment would be a distinct advantage.
Experience of handling cash.

Can demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Must be flexible to attend work as and when required.
Trustworthy and reliable.
Excellent computer literacy skills are essential.
