Job Overview
Tomis FC is looking for a committed and reliable Football Coach to work with our current U15/U16 age group in East London,moving into U17/U18 next season.We are seeking a coach with a Uefa C or Uefa B Licence who can deliver structured training sessions,manage players positively and help build a competitive team environment.

This is a part time role for a coach who is confident working with teenage players in a grassroots football setting and can represent the club professionally on training days and matchdays.

Duties

• Plan and deliver structured,high qualitytraining sessions

• Lead and manage the team on matchdays

• Support player development in a positive,*disciplined and competitive environment.*

• Prepare players for the transition from U15/U16 into U17/U18 football next season

• Communicate professionally with players and club staff

• Promote high standards,respect and safeguarding at all times.

Skills

• UEFA C or UEFA B Licence who

• Experience coaching youth football

ideally in the U15-U18 age range

• Valid DBS or willingness to obtain one

• Safeguarding certificate

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Reliabl,punctual and professional

• Able to work in East London

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £25.00-£30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
