Overview

We are seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Executive to support the growth and visibility of our brands. This role will be responsible for managing website content, executing email marketing campaigns, and creating engaging digital content across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering high-quality marketing that connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Update and maintain website content (WordPress or similar CMS)
  • Ensure all pages are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards
  • Create and publish new landing pages for events, programmes, and campaigns
  • Optimise website content for SEO and user experience

Email Marketing

  • Plan, create, and send email campaigns (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Design newsletters, announcements, and promotional emails
  • Manage contact lists and segmentation
  • Track performance (open rates, click-through rates) and optimise campaigns

Content Creation

  • Develop engaging content for websites, email, and social media
  • Write compelling copy for programmes, events, and announcements
  • Coordinate visual content (images, graphics, video where applicable)
  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all platforms

Campaign Support

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Support launches, events, and key announcements
  • Ensure all marketing materials are aligned and delivered on time

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on website and campaign performance
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and conversions

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Desirable

  • Experience in sport, education, or events marketing
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • Understanding of social media platforms and scheduling tools
