⚽ Opportunity

Lightwater United FC are seeking a new Men’s Reserve Team Manager to take over the squad at the end of the current season. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into management at grassroots level, with the benefit of a full pre-season to shape and build the team ahead of the new campaign.

📅 Commitment

• Training: Thursdays (evenings)

• Matches: Saturdays

🧑‍💼 Role Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Men’s Reserve Team

• Plan and deliver training sessions

• Organise matchday squads, tactics, and team selection

• Work closely with the First Team Manager and club committee

• Recruit and retain players to strengthen the squad

• Help create a positive, competitive environment within the team

✅ Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Lives locally to Lightwater, Surrey

• Has some experience in football (playing, coaching, or managing at grassroots/non-league level)

• Has an interest in progressing through FA coaching badges

• Can bring in players to strengthen what is currently a short squad

• Is reliable, organised, and passionate about football
