o Deliver engaging, age-appropriate coaching sessions
o Focus on technical development, creativity, and enjoyment
o Create a safe, inclusive learning environment
o Work collaboratively with academy staff
Youth Phase Academy Coach (Boys) – U12–U15
o Deliver high-quality, game-realistic training sessions
o Support technical, tactical, physical, and psychological development
o Contribute to Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
o Prepare players for competitive fixtures
Girls’ Academy Coach –Under 13’s and Under 15’s (season 26/27)
o Deliver high-quality coaching sessions within the Girls’ Academy pathway
o Support long-term player development
o Promote a positive, high-performance culture
o Support talent identification and progression
