Knaphill FC is looking for an experienced Health & Safety / Compliance professional to help us build the right structure, processes and standards around our Pavilion and wider club operations. We are effectively starting from scratch, so this role needs someone who not only understands good health, safety and compliance practice, but also enjoys building practical systems and creating processes from the ground up . Your first priority will be to review our current Pavilion operation, identify any key risks or compliance gaps and help us create a clear, prioritised action plan. You will then help establish a practical framework covering areas such as: Health & Safety processes and responsibilities Risk assessments and safe working practices Fire safety and emergency procedures Accident and incident reporting First aid arrangements COSHH and safe storage Kitchen, bar and hospitality compliance Cleaning and hygiene standards Statutory inspections...
